Where does the data come from?

The initial paid review uses accepted Pasco issuing-authority records. Hernando is a separate next acceptance step; unsupported authorities and other counties remain inquiry-only until separately accepted. Each answered row carries its source locator and the date through which that source was searched. Addresses outside a supported authority or time window remain exceptions.

What do I have to send you?

A spreadsheet with three columns: your lead or estimate ID, the property address, and the date of the estimate. Do not include homeowner names, phone numbers, or emails. The first form on this site saves only a fit-review request; it does not receive the spreadsheet.

What does "no later permit observed" mean?

The property matched and no qualifying roof permit appeared after the estimate date in the covered records searched through the report date. It does not mean the homeowner is waiting or prove that no work happened. It is a bounded signal for your team to review.

What if the address is inside a city like New Port Richey or Zephyrhills?

Some cities issue permits separately from the county. The matcher checks the authority and accepted coverage for the address. A row that cannot be answered from a supported source comes back as an exception and is not billable.

Can you name the contractor every time?

No. In the retained trial, all 44 later-permit rows carried a contractor license and 42 also carried a contractor name in the accepted source record. When the source does not support a field, the report says so and does not substitute an applicant, owner, or inferred company.

What if a row is wrong?

Send the lead ID and the source locator from the report. The affected row is checked again; a source or matching error is corrected, or the row is moved to exceptions and removed from billing.

How long does it take?

The current targets start after the file and county fit are validated: one business day for up to 100 accepted rows, two for 500, and three for 2,000. The fit review confirms timing before any payment path is opened.

Which counties are supported?

The initial paid review is accepted Pasco issuing-authority coverage; Hernando follows a separate acceptance review. An address can still fall outside the accepted authority or time coverage, so every row is checked before it becomes billable. The form can record interest in Hernando or another Florida county, but it does not sell or promise coverage there.
