You pay for accepted records the supported county sources can answer. Rows that cannot be matched or supported remain exceptions and are not billable.
Up to 100 accepted records. Later-permit, no-later-permit, and exception outputs. Target turnaround: one business day after validation.
Up to 500 accepted records with the same row-level evidence. Target turnaround: two business days after validation.
Up to 2,000 accepted records plus a summary of later-permit, no-later-permit, and exception patterns. Target turnaround: three business days after validation.
Recurring file reconciliation for an agreed allowance and counties that have separately passed source and delivery acceptance. Activation and cancellation terms remain held for release.
What is included
File validation, privacy-column removal, county and parcel matching, later qualifying permit search, contractor identity where the source supports it, evidence-state exports, and a separate exception list. A permit is not presented as proof of job completion.
Start with fit, then payment
The request form records your county and file size without taking a payment or receiving a lead file. That prevents a buyer from paying for a geography the current evidence cannot support.
